Assembler-Installer
Main Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install metal structures according to plans
- Perform assembly, adjustment, and alignment of components
- Assist installers and welders on site
- Handle and position components safely
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow team lead directives and timelines
Desired Profile:
- Experience in installation/assembly/manual work on sites (an asset)
- Ability to read simple plans and take measurements
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
- French knowledge (required)
- Team spirit and autonomy
- Attention to detail and quality
Conditions:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm)

Project Manager / Foreman
Competitive salary based on experienceMain Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all project stages (measurements, drawings, fabrication, installation)
- Supervise and manage assembly and site crews
- Ensure compliance with plans, quotes, requirements, and safety standards
- Maintain communication between all parties
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and resolve on-site issues
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
Desired Profile:
- Training in construction/project management/civil engineering or related field
- Experience managing metal construction sites or exterior work (major asset)
- Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Autonomy, rigour and accountability
- Valid driver's license
- English knowledge preferred

Carpenter
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage installation crews on job sites
- Install stairs, balconies, and railings according to plans
- Perform welding work as needed
- Ensure quality and compliance of installations
- Make appropriate decisions for each situation
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 5 years construction/renovation experience (required)
- Minimum 3 years team management experience (required)
- Valid CCQ card or CCQ pre-qualification
- ASP card
- Teamwork skills and autonomy
- Ability to travel to job site in Montreal
- English preferred
