In 2000, Michaël Gagné joined the company, developing extensive expertise in project management, technical operations, and quality control. In 2023, together with Anna Tokar, he became co-owner of the company as part of a business succession.
Today, Michaël and Anna lead the company with clearly defined and complementary strengths. Michaël brings deep industry expertise and hands-on knowledge of the trade, while Anna contributes strategic vision, expertise in business administration and SME management, as well as a strong focus on organizational structure and development.
